Payment Method:
For the tickets depart from USA to China, we take most major credit cards. For the tickets depart from China to USA, we only accept money order or cashier check or wire transfer. We prefer you to make a payment in USA, but you can also pay it to our Beijing Office.
Tickets Delivery:
For the tickets depart from USA to China, usually we will send your tickets the same day you make a payment.
For the tickets depart from China to USA, tickets will be issued in our Beijing Office. You can either pickup ticket in our Beijing Office or we can send it to anywhere in China by EMS after you make a payment.
Term:
Min-Max stay: means minimum and maximum days you can stay between your depart and return date. That is only meaningful for roundtrip ticket. For example, Min-Max stay is 21-180, means you need to stay at least 21 days, but less than 180 days between your depart and return dates. Otherwise your ticket will be void.
Open Return: means you can not decide your return date at the time when you purchase the ticket. You can pick a return date later. Usually ticket with open return will be more expensive than the ticket with a fixed return date.
Change Date Penalty: If you want to change your return date, most airlines will have change date penalty. The penalty amount varies with airlines and fare types. Please contact airlines directly and change your return date before the return date addressed on your ticket.
Return Policy: since most of our airfares are deep discounted fares, some are non-refundable, others are refundable with fees.
For the above discount airfares, we updated everyday, tax and service fee already included. These fares are listed as weekday fare, if you want to travel in the weekend (Friday-Sunday), most airlines have extra charge. Fares are subject to change without prior notice.
