Job requirements:

Ticketing agents:

• Minimum of 1 years Sabre/WorldSpan in ticketing, knowledge of other GDS systems working experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
• Strong oral and written communication skills .
• Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of internet, accurate data entry skills.

Operations Manager to support Travel Services:

• Minimum of 4 years Sabre/WorldSpan GDS systems, knowledge of other GDS systems working experience a plus .
• Excellent communication skills, Strong oral and written communication skills .
• Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills.
• Manage travel accounting, including the day to day supervision.
• Work with Director of TA to implement system and process improvement.
• Establish formal collection process and related reporting metrics.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
