1.How can I find the best airfare and send booking request?
Please go to our Cheap Airfares Search Engine. By default, it is from US to China. You can also change it to from China to US if you need. After selecting your travel city and travel time, you will see the list of airline wholesale deep discounted contract airfares or airline promotional fares. Choose an airline fare and click Request Itinerary. Please fill out passenger and contact information. If you have any special requests, such as multi-city travelling, Open-Jaw (return from different city), or need certain flight number, etc, please put in the Remark Area when sending your booking request. A few days of flexibility on your travel date could give you a big savings. Please let us know your outbound and inbound date flexibility and alternative cities in the Remark Area when submitting your request.
2.If I am satisfied with a confirmed reservation, how can I pay for it?
Please verify the detailed itinerary and make sure passenger(s) full name matched with their passports. If your tickets are from US to China , you can pay it by credit card. Please email or fax to us the credit card authorization form. If you tickets are from China to US, please follow the payment instructions we mentioned in the email we replied to you. Depends on the airline and fare type, you can pay it by credit card or sometimes you need to send us money order, cashier check or wire transfer. You can also direct deposit to our Bank of America account or transfer money to our Beijing office.Then we will issue E-tickets for you. Most of the tickets are E-tickets.

3.After I paid for the tickets, how can I see my E-ticket confirmation?
Once we issued your E-tickets, we will send confirmation email to you. You can follow instruction to download E-invoice and E-ticket receipt.
4.What are the payment methods?
Most airlines take major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. US carriers also accept Discover. In case airline requires non-credit card payment, we accept money order, cashier’s check or wire transfer. Or you can direct deposit to our Bank of America account or transfer money to our Beijing office.
5.How long can my reservation be held?
It depends on the airline and the fare type. If your departure date is within a week, airlines may require same-day or next day ticketing. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. For your benefit, we strongly suggest you to purchase your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
6.How far in advance can I book my flight?
You can book a flight up to 8 months in advance.
7.What is the change penalty and refund policy?
It depends on the airlines’ rules. Most discount tickets have severe penalties imposed by the airlines for reschedules or cancellations. The penalty amount varies with airlines and fare types. Sometimes airlines restrict fares to be non-refundable.
8.Do I need to reconfirm before traveling?
It is always recommended to call the airlines to double check their final schedules. Please reconfirm your flight with airline at least 72 hours before departure, especially with your return flight.

9.Do I need Visa for international travel?
US citizen or citizens from other countries traveling to China for study, work or pleasure are required to have a valid Visa. We offer China Visa services regardless which state you reside. Normally it will take 4 working days to get China-Visa approved. We also handle Rush Service for same day or next day Visa services. We can assist you with China Visa processing on weekends or holidays if it”s emergency. Besides China visa, we also handle visa services for Vietnam , India , Thailand , Malaysia , South Korea , Taiwan and Brazil .For passenger travel via Canada to Asia , they may need Canadian Transit Visa if they are not US citizen or green card holder.
