1. 2. Others such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, English relatives or non-US and Australian guests are welcome to join the delegation. Please call us for details.
3. Free airport transfer conditions:
   • Within 24 hours of arrival or departure; (provided 3 days prior to departure, otherwise the transfer machine cannot be guaranteed)
   • Please refer to the latest flyer for information on pick-up location and time. If the flight is delayed more than half an hour, it will be deemed to be waived automatically. The company has the right to cancel the transfer service and will not refund the relevant fees.
   • Passengers participating in the Japanese group are required to connect to the hotel or airport free of charge according to our guidelines and/or hotel. For more guidance, please refer to the Japanese group’s final group leaflet.
4. Arrivals on early days, early departures and extended stays, no free transfers.
5. The tour group price is based on the double room by default. If a passenger in the same room cancels or interrupts the tour, the passenger will be charged USD $100 ~ $150 per person per day. Its peer group members are responsible for paying the difference in the single room generated, and there is no refund for the rest of the trip.
6. The designated self-paid tickets and the comprehensive service fee in the itinerary are part of the group fee, which must be paid together with the registration fee and must be paid in any case. Items marked for admission or self-care during the itinerary can be paid upon arrival.
7. Passengers must pay the full amount 30 days prior to the team departure. If the reservation is cancelled within the time limit, the deposit will not be refunded.
8. If the passenger changes the date of the delegation or changes the guest’s name, it must be notified in writing 10 days before the departure of the tour group. The company has the right to charge the relevant administrative procedures to the guest;
9. Passengers may not cancel, retreat or refund (personal reasons, illness, accidental injury, personal reasons, etc.) after registration. 10. If you purchase travel insurance yourself, please sign the consent form. The company is not responsible for the loss of the group due to all your personal reasons.
11. The Japanese delegation wants to cancel the team. It must be notified to the company in writing 20 days before the departure of the tour group. Otherwise, it will be treated as NO SHOW and the actual related expenses incurred by the company will not be notified. You may not retreat for any reason 14 days before departure, otherwise all expenses will be lost (Note: If you do not notify, you will be charged according to the departure)
12. For any reason and circumstances, if the member fails to meet the pre-arranged itinerary or the cost of the accommodation, the loss will be borne by the guest. The company is not responsible for and will not refund any fees. (Please travellers to purchase travel insurance)
13. When you join the group, please bring along and present our final confirmation, passport, and permanent resident certificate to confirm your identity. Otherwise, the membership will be cancelled and a regular tour fee will be charged and the deposit will not be refunded.
14. Passengers who participate in the whole process and meet all the rules will receive a refund of the deposit. If for any reason it is impossible to participate in the delegation, cancel the delegation, or interrupt the delegation, the company will not return the deposit.
15. Passengers who do not participate in the tour group at the designated time and place are considered to voluntarily give up the itinerary. Any advance purchase tickets or project fees and meals will not be refunded. It will be charged as a departure.
16. The scenic spots and shopping outlets arranged by each tour group shall not refuse to enter the exhibition for any reason, but the shopping store will never force the shopping. All shopping activities are purely the personal wishes of the participants. After-sales service issues such as quality, price, warranty and refund of purchased goods are not related to the group agency, please contact the store directly. *If the guest leaves the group due to refusal to enter the shopping spot, the departure fee is USD$100-USD$150/person/day, and all fees are not refundable.
17. Any expenses incurred due to delays in flight or personal reasons, changes in schedules, natural disasters, traffic delays, weather, strikes, terrorist acts, social unrest, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activities Or other expenses caused by force majeure, as well as personal and property damage caused by personal breach of contract, self-cause, behavior during free time or illness, etc. Remarks: All personal consumption, such as baggage fees, laundry fees, telephone charges The company is not responsible for any loss of property that exceeds the control of the company.
18. If the team is unable to make a trip or if the passenger does not participate in the tour, the guest who has already received the special group ticket award must complete the original ticket of the ticket. The maximum amount is the deposit of the invoice. If it involves a rescheduling or refund, our company will deduct the corresponding handling fee according to the airline’s refund policy.
19. All tour groups, if you do not pay the deposit reserve location, we do not guarantee that there will be enough space for you when you leave the group. Once the deposit is paid, the cancellation of the delegation will not be refunded due to personal reasons.
20. In order to maintain the best interests of the team, if any passenger’s health or behavior has hindered the normal activities or interests of the group, the company’s team leader has the right to cancel his or her continued participation in the group, and the unfinished itinerary may not require refund, change or transfer; From the time of the departure of the group, all activities and expenses are irrelevant to the company.
21. When the number of applicants is less than 10, the company has the right to cancel the group. If the group is cancelled, the whole group will be returned. The Supreme Holiday will inform the guests as soon as possible, but the company’s liability is limited to this.
22. Minors and senior citizens over the age of 70 need to be accompanied by family members, and it is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance, and all insurance-related matters and expenses when participating in the group.
23. All tour groups do not include travel insurance such as medical and salvage due to the personal health of the guests. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that the participating customers purchase relevant overseas travel insurance as a supplementary guarantee. The travel agency has fulfilled its obligation to inform.
24. Passengers may need to apply for a visa for the country of destination. If you are denied entry by the destination country, or if you are denied boarding due to an invalid visa, please be responsible. Passengers must arrange a round trip within the validity period of the visa (more than 6 months).
25. If it is impossible to make a trip due to national policies or irresistible reasons, the agency will deduct the handling fee and the corresponding actual expenses, but please take care of all losses outside the group.
26. Passengers are requested to check all registration information at the time of registration. The company is not responsible for the related information and economic losses caused by the information provided, including the date of departure, the location of the flight, the identity of the participants, the travel documents, etc., or the inconsistency.
27. Please check all registration information at the time of registration to meet the requirements of the delegation, and bring the valid documents and original passports when you participate in the delegation. 29. Guests are required to keep their belongings on their own. The company, accompanying drivers and tour guides are not responsible for the theft or damage of property.
30. The price of all tour groups and ticket tour packages is based on the purchase date.
